Refund policy
If you are not happy with J'layo Skin, we will gladly offer you a refund. Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jlayoskin.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note, any shipping charges are not refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
